Use of a digital product without crediting creator is qualifies as an act of copyright infringement. Copyright applies to all digital products that are used under a Personal or Commercial license. By purchasing a digital product, buyer do not acquire copyright which are kept by its creator. Buyer may not claim the digital product (or a modification thereof) as its own copyrighted work. Digital product may not be used as part of a trademark, service mark, design mark, trade-name.
